• Coordination and collaboration of monthly closing tasks.


• Responsible for the general ledger accounts and its journal entries, including accruals, provisions, and prepayments, balance sheet reclassifications and revaluations.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure financial processes are streamlined.


• Intercompany reconciliation.


• Responsible to prepare and maintain the supporting documentation concerning the Balance Sheet reconciliations


• Cash Reporting. Supervise the preparation of cash flow forecasts.


• Preparation of VAT Reporting schedules for approval.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an accountant, with preference given to candidates with shared service environment experience.


• Proficient in Excel and other relevant accounting software.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Fluency in English; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus.
