What tasks will you perform?
- Daily qualification of leads acquired by conducting desk research using multiple internal and external sources and proactive telemarketing activities.
- LiveChat management.
- Routing of leads and technical inquires to responsible functions and/or partners.
- Providing marketing materials and product documentation to leads upon request.
- Ensuring timely management of leads by sales colleagues and channel partners through proactive reminders and proper follow-up cadence.
- Providing regular feedbacks on the lead quality to campaign manager/marketing communication people and sales teams.
- Track lead management results and report to the business.

Requisitos mínimos
What are we looking for?
- That you have training in marketing/communication/business/technical.
- Previous experience in the field is a plus.
- Native speaker of one of the following languages: German, English, French, Spanish.
- Apart from the other languages required, English is always essential since communication with managers and colleagues will be in this language.
- That you have strong communication skills, a vocation for customer service, effective time management and the ability to learn.
- That you have availability to travel every day to LHospitalet de Llobregat.
