Artificial Intelligence matter expert is a key role in Digital Team to accelerate our digitalization plan in improving operation in each step of Molins value chain: R&D, sourcing, production, commercial, logistic, maintenance and operation.

The candidate will report directly to the Digital Lead and will play a crucial role in being part of a team focused on driving digital transformation initiatives in across our businesses and establishing a strong digital culture across the company.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Support activities of research and benchmark of companies and solutions in Artificial Intelligence.
• Support the identification of business-oriented use cases where apply Artificial Intelligence.
• Support launch and execution of projects based on Artificial Intelligence: Generative AI for employees, Preventive, Predictive and Prescriptive solutions for assets management.
• Support the organization and foster the participation to digital events around AI: in company, national and international.
• Support development of a digital culture across the company, leveraging AI as enablers.

Cementos Molins Group is an international company that it’s expanding its business worldwide, so we are reinforcing our Corporate Procurement team with a new Category Manager specialised in Raw Materials.

You will be part of an engaged and diverse team and you will report directly to Procurement Corporate Director. You will have the responsibility of leading the category management of raw materials, either with Global Sourcing or assisting local procurement teams. You will be in direct contact with internal customers to deliver best-results.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare the strategy of the category based on understanding business strategy and targets and supply market overview.
• Identify synergies between businesses and develop Global sourcing when comes to it. Define the negotiations plan and develop competitive sourcing strategies.
• Prepare general terms & conditions and draft contracts with our legal team and in accordance to Cementos Molins standards.
• Prepare bid results and awarding proposals for approval. Close final contracts.
• Asses and assist local teams when negotiating.
• Manage contract performance.

As a Senior Corporate Internal Auditor, you will play a critical role in evaluating, promoting and enhancing the effectiveness of the organization's internal controls, risk management processes and governance procedures. Under the guidance of the Corporate Internal Audit Director, this role involves leading and conducting comprehensive audits, analyzing financial and operational data, and providing strategic recommendations to improve overall business processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Audit Planning and Execution:

• Develop and execute risk-based audit plans to provide independent assurance and consulting services that are focused to improve the quality and effectiveness of the internal controls, risk management and governance of the organization.
• Conduct thorough examinations of financial and operational processes to identify areas of risk and potential improvements.

Risk Assessment & Process Improvement:

• Evaluate the organization's risk management processes and assist in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement recommendations and best practices.

Reporting and Communication:

• Prepare clear and concise audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Communicate audit results to senior management and provide guidance on addressing identified issues.

Collaboration & Development:

• Work closely with internal teams to understand business operations, objectives, and challenges.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in internal audit.
• Continuously enhance professional knowledge and skills through training and education.
